- Ability to record the call
- Calling out to add participants
- Dropping unwanted participants off of the call
- Muting individual or all participants
- Locking the call from additional callers
- Private conversations (subconferences) between you and targeted participants
- Requesting S&T-Conferencing assistance during the call
This additional control is available with NO additional cost!
Operator Assisted:
Extremely useful for high security calls where an operator monitors the event from start to finish. This type of call provides a professional appearance to participants, with individuals greeted one at a time by an operator. Many times, the Operator Assisted Service is used for calls with international participants, due to its ease of use.
Operator Assisted Q&A:
This service is used mostly for high-end announcements that follow quarterly earning press releases. Hundreds of analysts, media and shareholders phone into a conference call and/or join a webcast to listen to the CEO and CFO release their results, comment on the past quarter and offer financial guidance for the future. A majority of these calls are held in "broadcast mode" meaning that everyone except the CEO and CFO are muted, and are placed in a listen-only mode. |
