S&T suggests to first try a power cycle on your equipment. When doing this, please leave it off or unplugged for at least 3 minutes. With this amount of time the equipment can reset itself. If this does not resolve your issue, please contact one of our offices. We can check your connection and if necessary, S&T may need to send a technician to your home or office. S&T strives to send out a technician that same day and correct your connection issues.
